Coaches need to register for a coach pass before 19 may in the competition week.

Each coach will get a coaches badge in the accreditation.
It will NOT BE POSSIBLE to add or change the list of coaches at the event.

Coach rules:

The coach is responsible for the behavior of his competitor throughout the competition, both before, during and after each match and must sit in the designated coach's chair throughout the contest and leave the competition area together with their competitor.

The coach is responsible for the competitor leaving the mat immediately after the match wearing the judo gi and belt all the way out into the corridor.

Coaches are only allowed to coach during "mate".

If the coach does not follow the rules, the referee hands out a warning to the coach, at the second warning the referee takes the accreditation from the coach and refers to the stand. The accreditation is returned when the current age category is completed. If this is repeated and there is another time the accreditation needs to be taken care of, the coach loses the opportunity to coach for the rest of the Nordic championships, the accreditation is not returned to the coach. Referee hand over the taken care of accreditation to competition manager (Lars Johansson).

The dress code that applies to the competition is:

Club overalls can be used.It is always forbidden for the coach to wear a shirtless, sleeveless garment, hat/cap or anything else that covers the head (does not apply to religious headgear)At the Nordic Championships, proper clothing must be worn.

At the final block: Blazer (sports jacket) and shirt/blouse (doesn't have to be suit trouser) or dress/skirt/trouser suit.

Coaches who do not follow these instructions are not allowed to stay in the competition area.

Any kind of recording is not allowed from the coach's chair.
