Guide to smooth entry at Budo Nord Cup

Smoothcomp is the go-to platform for competitions across Sweden. As a cloud-based service, it offers a seamless experience for judokas and clubs, all at no cost.

Participation in events like the Budo Nord Cup requires judokas to create a personal account, a simple one-time process. Ensure you have an active email account—whether it's Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, or similar—to get started.

Click here to create your account.

Additionally, clubs can benefit from setting up their presence on Smoothcomp, also free of charge. Club administrators gain access to a convenient "Coach admin mode" to manage their judokas efficiently. Remember, coaches need to create personal accounts first. For any inquiries or assistance, reach out to Johan Orrbo.

For Judokas:

1. Self-Entry: Utilize Smoothcomp's user-friendly interface to enter yourself into the event. We highly recommend this method for visiting clubs to encourage their judokas.

For Coaches:

1. Club Admin Access: Coaches can log in to their Smoothcomp account and access the club admin feature. While this option allows coaches to manage entries for all their judokas, it may involve a considerable amount of work for each individual.

Recommendation:

Instead of handling entries individually, it's more efficient for clubs to collectively decide on entry choices for their selected attendees. Empower judokas to enter themselves, reducing administrative burden.

Entry Choices for each Judoka and Coach (Critical):

- Budo Nord Cup

- LUGI JUDO CAMP

- Coach designation (for attending coaches)

- Coach dinner preference (applicable to coaches aged 18 and above)

For entry support:

If you require assistance with the entry process, don't hesitate to contact Johan Orrbo for guidance and support.

During the competition, stay updated with live streaming, results, and fight schedules. Easily track the progress of friends, teammates, and yourself using any computer or mobile device. Simply visit https://svenskjudo.smoothcomp.com —the page you're currently on—and locate the Budo Nord Cup event.

In the arena, look for the judokas wearing White Judogi or white match belts for the U15 category, indicating their position in each fight.

Be aware that the schedule is dynamic and subject to change throughout the day. The system aims to maintain a consistent flow by scheduling approximately five matches between each bout. Keep a close eye on updates.

On the day of the competition, specific block times will be posted in the arena. Remember, matches will not commence before these set times, regardless of any changes to the dynamic schedule.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure a seamless entry process for Budo Nord events, allowing participants to focus on their preparation and performance.
