A guide to handle your entry to Budo Nord Events

Smoothcomp is a system that handles all of the entries to this great event and the system is designed so the judoka easy can enter themselves and that is the way we would recommend you as a visiting club to urge your Judoka to do.

As a coach, you can logon into your Smoothcomp account and go to club admin and do it for all your Judoka but that will be a lot of choices you have to do for each judoka

Instead, we would recommend that you decide in your club for those chosen to attend Budo Nord weekend what choices they are going to make and let the judokas enter themselves.

For each judoka and Coach you or them need to chose the following for each judoka and coach (very important)

• BUDO NORD CUP 
• KIDS JUDO CUP (Only U13, and if you compete in Kids Cup you cant compete in Budo Nord Cup and vice versa)
• LUGI JUDO CAMP
• T-shirt and size
• Food options including food allergies/special foods
• Coach if you are a coach (all coaches attending)
• Coach dinner (for coaches over 18 years)
• If you want to attend some of the workshops
