Athletes competing in two age categories only need to weigh in once
Weigh-in rules:
Two chances on the scale, on first attempt that fails the weigh-in staff leaves a comment to the athlete in Smoothcomp that they have missed a chance, also notes the weight but does not change the weigh-in status. On the second time on the scale that fails, the athlete is moved to the correct category.
200 gram deduction for underwear for 15-17 year olds. This is calculated when the weight is entered in Smoothcomp. Shows the scale e.g. 57.2 then type 57.0 in Smoothcomp.
300 gram deduction for judo pants and t-shirt to be worn by everyone under 15 years of age. This is calculated when the weight is entered in Smoothcomp. Shows the scale e.g. 57.3 then type 57.0 in Smoothcomp.

Random weighing, 25/26 May 2024 in Baldershallen
4 athletes per block. Two women and two men.
Presented via email and via list in the competition arena.
The weigh-in closes 30 minutes before the start of the competition for the affected block.
The athletes are randomly selected via computer system.
Maximum permitted weight for random samples is 5% above the weight categories.
In the event of an unsuccessful weigh-in, the athlete is moved to the correct weight category.
The accreditation must be worn at weigh-in and in the competition arena.
